Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Dr. Kong, we want you to walk with absolute comfort; if your footwear doesn't provide the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of purchase. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with all orthopedic inserts and packaging intact.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Dr. Kong account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Footwear
Place the shoes in their original branded box, ensuring all tags and specialized comfort insoles are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects the biomechanical integrity of the returned shoes, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
